Origins
One day after a fire drill, we were allowed back into the dorm despite the fact that the alarm hadn't been completely deactivated yet. The lights were still flashing and each alarm unit made a somewhat creepy crackling sound. Mason commented that he was in his room alone and the effect was very disconcerting, and made him think that it would make a good start to a zombie movie.
This of course started a long and detailed discussion of what would happen if Conner 2 were to find itself in the midst of a zombie virus outbreak. The following was determined and recorded for a movie to "be made over IAP."
Plot
It's AppleBake time. A BC resident becomes infected with the virus, which quickly spreads. Conner 2 isn't affected, because we're all holed up on the floor, frantically baking and avoiding all contact with the rest of the dorm. We head downstairs for the prize judging to discover the zombie outbreak. We head back to the floor to regroup and plan how to survive. Diana proposes heading to the Brain and Cog building so she can try to study the virus and come up with an antidote. The movie follows our progress across campus.
Characters
Below are the roles played by the various Conner 2 residents, as well as significant events in their storylines and a description of their death. Please continue to this!
Jon Kim- the first zombie to appear, attempts to kill Mason. Is unsuccessful because Mason busts a 'groove.' (London Calling album cover?)
Adelaide- talks to us from France over Skype and updates us on the status of the epidemic worldwide
Diana- decides to attempt to reach building 46 to do research on the virus and come up with an antidote.
Rick- We do something stupid, like forget to close a door. Rick dies heroically by holding the door shut, the zombie horde crashing through and devouring him just as we escape to safety (up a ladder/through a door/etc).
Snively- blogs it. His video footage will survive him to become the famous historical record of the epidemic.
Mason- "Figures out" that zombies can't turn left. Dies while attempting to demonstrate the safety of running counter-clockwise circles around zombies.
James- actually figures out how to keep safe from zombies (unlike Mason) by carefully observing their behavior.
Laura 1.0- one of the leaders of the group, dies with Yuki doing something unnecessarily risky/dangerous
Yuki- another leader who fights with his family heirloom wakizashis, dies with Laura while doing something unnecessarily risky/dangerous (can it include a 9mm and a three piece suit?)
Amelia- Wears bright colors to make herself feel better about the zombies.
Jared- Survives the movie, usually by staying in a safe place and yelling useless instructions to those who are actually fighting.
Harrison- On our way to 46, we find Harrison holed up in his room with a shotgun, the last surviving EC resident.
Gabe- on the little dome, provides covering fire as we scramble for the steps of 77 Mass Ave... And insists on aiming meticulously enough to get a perfect headshot record. This record is marred when he shoots out the streetlights and signposts. When making a run to an ammo stockpile, is ambushed by a zombie. Gabe beheads the zombie with his master sword, but is disgusted by the blood that drips onto his shoes.
Oscar- assists Gabe in providing headshot cover fire. Maximizes effect of our limited arsenal by strategically timing his hand grenade use.
Lauren M- gets her hands on a 12-gauge, a hacksaw, and several boxes of cartridges. Bloodshed ensues.
Zach- goes on a blood frenzy and clears a path for the remaining survivors (this is late into the film). Does not, unfortunately, survive this rampage.
Evan- insists that Conner3 has withstood the infection and valiantly dashes to their aid. Conner 3, though, had fallen along with the rest of the world.
Laura 2.0- does nothing. Is found in the Green Building studying and is unaware that an infection has occurred.
Dan survives...but nobody is sure why or how. Maybe zombies are afraid of pirate hats.
Michelle- is luckily already at the BCS building participating as an experimental subject. She is able to assist Diana in her research and keep an eye out for zombies closing in on Building 46.

Ruth sits on Cassi to prevent her from screaming. Accidentally bitten as she bludgeons a zombie to death with a broken bottle of Miller Lite.
Sam Maurer sings the opening theme music, "I am a sad sad zombie made of pants," which is accompanied by a James Bond-esque montage featuring silhouettes of Mason performing the original choreography from Thriller
