Bio
Ruth comes to MIT from the small town of Covington, Georgia, where she ascended to the ranks of freshmen course 6er with a 1370 SAT score. Her skill set obviously favored fast-talking over calculus, so she tried a variety of majors until settling on Urban Planning. Deciding that 8 hours of sleep a night was too much, she's filled her less sleep-filled nights with all matters of campus media and politics. Three years removed from fighting the GOP in the South, she decided that MIT's urban planning graduate program was too pinko-Commie for her, so she's going to the London School of Economics in fall 2007 to pursue a Masters of Regional and Urban Planning as well as her passions for travel, shopping, the pub scene, and egregious debt.
